Are all items kept in stock?

Those items which are ‘Out of Stock’ are clearly indicated on the site.

What happens if the product I order is out of stock?

Our computerised inventory system ensures 99% of items in our catalogue are always in stock at all times.

Once a product is out of stock you cannot purchase the item.

You can flag the item and we will notify you when the product is back in stock.

We do not backorder your purchase or leave you waiting for weeks for items to be back in stock before sending.

We believe in having the stock in our warehouse and getting to you as quickly as we can after you order.

On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact you within 1 working day to seek your instructions. At your discretion you can choose to (a) cancel the order and received a full and immediate refund, (b) order a similar substitute ‘in stock’ item (c) wait for the originally ordered to be received at our warehouse.
