How does the Program work?

When an order is placed, the total amount* of the order will be used to calculate the amount of credit earned. Your reward credit will be awarded to your account, once your order is paid in full and dispatched. A statement of your Reward Credit earned and used can be viewed in your ‘Accounts’ section. You must login to your account in order to view the status of your credits.

Reward Credit is now ready for you to spend on whatever you want.

During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your order with your credit balance.

The more Reward Credit you accumulate the bigger your savings will be for your next purchase. Or better still, Get Your Next Purchase FREE.

* Shipping fees and taxes are excluded.

Credits and Values

The Customer Rewards value is the equivalent of a 5% discount. So if you spend $100, you will receive a $5 discount that you can spend on future purchases.  What a bonus!

Redeeming Customer Rewards

That is the exciting part. Simply select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to our shopping cart. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, you will see the Rewards Credit that will be allocated to your purchase.You are guaranteed savings each time you make a purchase. Please note: you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Reward Credit Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the credits redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Reward Credit account will be updated and the Reward Credit used deducted from your balance.

Note that any purchase made by redeeming Reward Credit will only be rewarded with additional Reward Credit for the amount spent other than Reward Credit.

Terms & Conditions:

• Your Reward Credit will only be awarded to your account, once full payment of your order has been made and your order has been dispatched.
• Reward Credit will not be awarded for bonus (Free) items, items 'On Sale’ or ‘Specials', shipping costs, tax, or toward redeemed Reward Credit when placing an order. Reward Credit will only be awarded to full priced items.
• Reward Credit can only be collected and used with online purchases, and are only validated by Spider Australia.
• Reward Credits are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
• Reward Credits are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• will not be awarded to cancelled, declined or fraudulent orders.
• When buying with Reward Credit, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Reward Credit Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
• < Reward Credit are valid for 12 month from the date of issue.

Please note: We reserve the right to cancel or alter our Reward Credit program at any time. If, for any reason we decide to alter or cancel this program, your earned and accumulated Reward Credit will not be affected and will always be available for you to use at your convenience.
